จดหมายแนะนำตัวสถานทูตคืออะไร?
จดหมายแนะนำตัวสถานทูต (introduction letter) คือจดหมายที่แสดงถึงเหตุผลและวัตถุประสงค์ในการเดินทางของผู้ขอวีซ่า เพื่อช่วยให้สถานทูตสามารถประเมินคำขอวีซ่าได้อย่างถูกต้องและรวดเร็ว

องค์ประกอบของจดหมายแนะนำตัว
จดหมายแนะนำตัวสถานทูตควรเขียนด้วยภาษาที่สุภาพและเป็นทางการ รวมถึงมีการจัดระเบียบข้อมูลที่ชัดเจน โดยควรระบุข้อมูลดังต่อไปนี้
- ชื่อ-นามสกุลของผู้ขอวีซ่า
- เลขหนังสือเดินทาง
- เหตุผลและวัตถุประสงค์ในการเดินทาง

Dear Consular Officer,
I am writing to formally present my application for a short-term tourist visa to France, seeking to explore the city of Paris for a 7-day vacation from 10 August 2024 to 17 August 2024.
I am currently working as an e-commerce manager at LAZADA LTD., earning a monthly salary of Baht 35,000. With a stable employment history spanning six years, I have received official vacation leave for the duration of my trip.
The purpose of my trip is to experience the rich cultural heritage and iconic landmarks of Paris. My travel itinerary includes visits to world-renowned attractions such as the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre Museum, Notre-Dame Cathedral, the Champs-Élysées, and the Palace of Versailles. I have already made confirmed hotel reservations at the Best Western Empire Elysees Hotel, located at 3 Rue de Montenotte, 75017 Paris, from 10 August 2024 to 17 August 2024.
I would like to emphasize that my intention is purely touristic. I have no plans to seek employment or extend my stay beyond the proposed seven days. My strong professional commitments, family ties, and established life in my home country serve as compelling evidence of my motivation to return after my vacation.
